These terms apply to adelaidefalcons.com.au, the public website of Adelaide Falcons Cricket Club (“we”, “us”, “our”), an incorporated association in South Australia. By using the site you accept them.

1. What this website is

This is an information website about the club — who we are, our events, our ladder position, and how to get in touch. It is open to everyone. There is nothing to sign up for: the site has no accounts, no logins and no forms, and nothing you do here creates a membership or any other agreement with the club.

Club membership, fees, selection and conduct are matters for the club constitution and the committee, not for this website.

2. Accuracy

We keep the site as accurate and current as we reasonably can, but it is maintained by volunteers and it may be out of date or contain errors. Fixtures, results and ladder positions are shown for convenience and are not official — the cricket association’s own published records prevail. Nothing here is legal, financial or professional advice.

If you spot something wrong, please tell us at the address in section 8 and we will fix it.

3. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

4. Copyright and use of our material

The club crest, club name, photographs and written content on this site belong to the club or to the people who supplied them. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal or non-commercial use, with the club credited.

You may not republish our photographs or content commercially, use the club crest or name to suggest we endorse something, or present our material as your own, without our written permission. Sponsor logos remain the property of those sponsors and are shown with their permission.

5. Photographs of people

Photographs published here are used with the consent of the people shown, or their parent or guardian. If you appear in a photograph on this site and want it removed, email us at the address in section 8 and we will take it down. You do not need to give a reason.

6. Links to other sites

We link to other websites — our cricket association, our sponsors, social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their handling of your information. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the club and its committee members, officers and volunteers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or anything on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Privacy, changes and contact

How the club handles personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; the version and date at the top of this page always show what is current. These terms are governed by the law of South Australia.
